So my car decided to play dead on me not once but twice in the past couple of weeks, and I think it's finally time to accept that my battery has given up the ghost. The first time it happened I was parked at the mall in Dubai and came back to find the car completely dead, no lights, no clicking, just silence. I managed to get a jump start from a kind stranger and thought maybe I'd just left something on by accident. But then it happened again yesterday morning when I was trying to head to work and I had to call roadside assistance, which was super embarrassing and made me late for a meeting. I've been doing some reading online and apparently the heat here absolutely destroys batteries way faster than in other places, like most of them only last about two years max with the temperatures we get here . My car is a 2019 model and I'm pretty sure it's still got the original battery in there so I'm honestly surprised it lasted this long. I've been looking into getting a replacement and someone mentioned Energizer makes pretty solid batteries that handle the heat well because they're sealed and don't lose fluid as easily . I'd rather go with something reliable than cheap out and end up in the same situation six months from now. Does anyone know a Trusted Energizer car battery dealer in Dubai who can come out and fit it at my place? I really don't want to have to drive anywhere with this thing acting up and risk getting stranded again.
